Scores are generated using automated analysis. Like any analytical tool, results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before making any employment decisions.
Subspace does not endorse, verify, or vouch for any employer, recruiter, or job listing. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employer behavior, the accuracy of third-party job postings, or any decisions made based on our scores. Use of this tool is at your own risk.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Automated Reports & Company Rankings
Subspace publishes publicly accessible reports ranking companies based on automated analysis of their publicly available job listings. By using or referencing these reports, you acknowledge that:
- All scores, rankings, verdicts, and assessments are generated algorithmically and do not represent human editorial opinions or verified facts.
- A company's inclusion in or ranking on any report does not constitute an accusation of fraud, deception, discrimination, or any unlawful activity.
- Companies may have legitimate operational, legal, or business reasons for posting patterns that our algorithms flag.
- Subspace is not liable for any damages — including reputational, financial, or consequential damages — arising from the publication, distribution, or use of these automated assessments by any party.
- Reports are updated periodically. Past rankings do not reflect current status. Subspace makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
If you are a company representative and believe an assessment is inaccurate, you may request a review by contacting us. Subspace will review verified requests and may update or remove entries at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Subspace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Reliance on scores or analysis.
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
- Service interruptions or downtime.
- Actions taken by third-party employers or services.
Proprietary Technology & Intellectual Property
Subspace is powered by a proprietary forensic engine that identifies hiring market signals using non-public signal correlations and multi-factor analysis. All scoring algorithms, signal-weighting protocols, detection logic, data-processing models, and technical architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Subspace and are protected as trade secrets.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the algorithms, methodologies, or data models used by the service. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Subspace's proprietary technology is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
